I. Overview

The HXC and NXC series high-efficiency modular inclined plate wastewater settlers are new types of water treatment equipment developed by our company. They were designed based on the shallow-layer sedimentation theory of dispersed particles, incorporating advanced foreign multi-layer, multi-compartment, and inclined plate sedimentation technologies. These settlers are tailored to handle various wastewater compositions and meet specific usage and discharge requirements, in accordance with Jiangsu Province's 1991 new product development project plan.

II. Scope of Application

This equipment is suitable for wastewater and sewage treatment projects in industries such as metallurgy, municipal engineering, machinery, chemicals, power, and building materials. The modular inclined plate settlers are available in two types: countercurrent and crossflow. Users can select the appropriate type based on specific conditions. For the purification of converter flue gas wastewater in steel plants, where the suspended solids content is high and the temperature varies widely, the crossflow modular inclined plate settler is ideal to eliminate the effects of density currents caused by temperature changes.
